Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kenaikan Jabatan Berdasarkan Penilaian Kepribadian Karyawan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Edward Personal Preference Schedule(Epps) Pada Pt. Pos Indonesia

Abstract
The development of Artificial Intelligence technology has enabled Decision Support Systems to be applied within a system. One of these applications is in personality assessment, known as psychometric testing, particularly in employee personality assessment. The Decision Support System method used is the EPPS (Edwards Personal Preference Schedule) personality test method in psychology with knowledge representation. With the facilities provided for psychologists, it allows them to use this system as needed for personality tests. Psychologists are facilitated in calculating personality test scores. In this personality test, information on employee personality levels ranges from very high, high, moderate, low, to very low levels. Psychologists will assess by providing 225 statements, and employees choose between A and B answers, and this calculation is performed in the system. This research is expected to provide information on all aspects related to employee personality tests quickly and efficiently while still achieving optimal results.
