DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-BASED STUDENT ATTENDANCE SYSTEM AT 38 NEGERI HIGH SCHOOL MALUKU TENGAH

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 38 Maluku Tengah, Kec. Leihitu Barat Kab. Maluku Tengah, Wailapia Hamlet. Aims to find out the specifications for information needs, especially web-based student attendance information at SMA Negeri 38 Central Maluku. Which replaces the old system using handwriting or what is called manual, so that attendance data can be accessed using PHP as a script, apache web server, MySQL database, and graphic design, namely Corel Draw. This research was carried out with data collection methods by means of interviews (interviews), literature study and observation. Next, analyze the data that has been collected in order to determine the boundaries of the system and then move to the next stage, namely designing the system. With the application of a web-based student attendance information system application at SMA Negeri 38 Maluku Tengah, it can help the process of collecting student attendance data carried out by teachers and students at the school.
