ANDROID-BASED EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE APPLICATION AT THE DISTRICT AGRICULTURAL DEPARTMENT SPIRIT OF THE WEST

Abstract

At this time, the West Seram Regency Agriculture Service still uses the facilities manually, especially on employee attendance. The obstacles in this system are manipulating or engineering absenteeism, employees often arrive late, and data processing for employee absences is too long. For this reason, the West Seram Regency Agriculture Service must use a better attendance system than before. The method of data collection by observation was carried out to see and observe directly the attendance process carried out by the Agriculture Service of West Seram Regency. In addition to making observations, the researcher also conducted interviews with one of the employees at the agriculture office. As an additional study, researchers seek and read references from journals and other scientific works, in the form of e-books as supporting materials related to research. From this research, an android-based attendance application has been produced, which is intended and can be used for employees of the West Seram Regency Agriculture Service. This application can help employees to take attendance properly, because the application is easy to use and the process is fast. This application is made with a simple interface so that employees can use it easily.
