WEB-BASED PAYROLL APPLICATION AT SAFATY AMBON STORE

Abstract

Ambon Safaty Shop is a shoe store located in the city of Ambon, Maluku. In the processing of employee data so far using a computerized payroll system but simple using Ms. software. Excel, so that in processing data experienced obstacles the process of errors such as the calculation of salaries and salary reports must be calculated and experienced the calculation process repeatedly from each employee. The method used by the author in this research is to conduct observations, interviews, literature studies, field studies, information system design followed by application development and then the trial. The results of this study are to produce computerized payroll applications that are provided with ease in providing payroll data information such as employee data information, job data and payroll data. In the Payroll Data Information System, the authors use data flow diagrams, ERD, and reports using PHP and MySQL programming for data processing. After researchers make a Payroll Application, the authors hope that the work procedures can be easier for related parties in Ambon Safaty Shop. As a result of the final project, a payroll application has been made.
